The two seemed to reconcile and on day 20 cuddled up in bed together.
But things flared up again several times and on day 29, Maneta nominated Roki for eviction, shocking Zimbabwean fans of the show and raising the ire of a nation. Social media across the continent flared up with angry comments.

After Tuesday’s eviction anti-Maneta sentiments reached new levels. “Maneta deserves no mercy. She is a disgrace,” was one comment from a fan called Charleen.
Most of the other comments we got were so violent, ranging from death threats to promises to pour a drum of Jik over Maneta, that we will not print them here.
Stunner, through his official Facebook page weighed in with calmer input: “Tough luck to my boy Roki but pa fair chaipo uyo wamunoti Maneta akakwana here ? Ndadhinhiwa (Truthfully speaking is Maneta sane. I’m upset)!!!”
Roki and Maneta are set to arrive tonight at 2120hrs but Multichoice Public Relations Manager, Liz Dziva told Zimbo Jam that she was not sure when Maneta would be returning to the country. “I haven’t received confirmation about Maneta’s flight details,” she said.
Already fans are working up a storm on Facebook about flocking to the airport tonight to welcome Roki home.
The third Zimbabwean housemate, Teclar Mazanhi, Maneta’s sister was evicted on Day 7 of the show.
