Youth Cultural Arts Festival Director (YOCAF) , Leeroy Gono is on the run after Masvingo police details came to the festival seeking to arrest him yesterday evening, August 4, 2012.
An alert member of the festival team alerted Gono, who disapperared from the scene and is now on the run. Masvingo police allegedly want to arrest Gono after the festival went ahead with a youth discussion forum, a performance from the Zimbabwe Poets for Human Rights and the putting on of a performance of the controversial play, No Voice No Choice.
