| Tickets Sell Out at HIFA Shows |

With two days to go before HIFA 2009 sighs its breath of genesis tickets have already started selling out at various shows. We visited the HIFA box office at the National Gallery of Zimbabwe this afternoon and were greeted by, among other things, a list of sold out shows.
^ The HIFA Box Office at the National Gallery of Zimbabwe. Catch!, Crown Jewels, PJ Powers (both shows), Possible Insolite, Sweet Kitchen Romance, La Rumbe, National Ballet and Kraft are the 8 shows that had sold out by this morning (25 Arpil). Initially, PJ Powers was meant to have just one show, but after tickets sold out early in the week the HIFA team added a second show- which also promptly sold out. Another show which is fast selling out is International Double Bill featuring Fernando Hurtado and Makeda Thomas and a second show has been added. National Ballet have also had a second show added to the programme. HIFA starts on Tuesday 28th. Tickets are available from the box offices at the National Gallery in Harare and at Avondale shopping centre. Prices range from US$3 to US$10.
