As part of its ongoing campaign to assist the less privileged, MultiChoice Zimbabwe recently paid a visit to the Mother Theresa Home in Adbennie, Harare in what proved to be an enlightening visit.

Residents at the home were treated to music from Note2Note Choir, Dereck Mpofu, Pax Gomo, Mussa Effect, Pachena Band, Kubata  Kwashe and some sweet warm foolery by comedy prince, Louis  and not forgetting loads of good food.

The home takes care of old people, many who have lost contact with their families, or have been abandoned and cannot look after themselves because of old age, sickness and poverty.

MultiChoice Zimbabwe public relations manager, Liz Dziva was elated at the response as well as the smiles they brought to the old folks.

“These elderly people are very lonely and their spirits are always uplifted when they meet and interact with friends of the home. Today their spirits have certainly been uplifted.”
