Danai co-stars with Haaz in The Visitor, an award winning film that about life as an illegal immigrant in the United States.

The Visitor has won 7 awards so far including the Interfaith Award at the Brisbane International Film Festival 2008, the Silver St. George Award at the Moscow International Film Festival and the Grand Special Prize at the Deauville Film Festival 2008.

^ Natural beauty. Danai prefers to keep her hair short and makeup simple.

The Visitor was also the opening film at the Zimbabwe International Film Festival (ZIFF) last year (2008). US based Danai was in Zimbabwe for the festival.
