^ It was dancing demons, politicians and warriors during the HIFA opening show themed Out of Darkness- A Rite of Passage.
^ Girls from Westridge School showed off some Indian dance moves.
^ Breaking Barricades , a show featuring musical and dance expression from Norway and Mozambique was a high energy experience.
^ Soukaina Marie-Laure Edom's Rudzi Runouya (The Next Generation) was also an energetic affair.
^ Breakdancing on the Blaze Stage at the Unicef Youth Zone.
^ The Other Side, Choreographed by Spanish dance artist Fernando Hurtado was performed superbly by dancers from the Dance Foundation Course run by the Dance Trust of Zimbabwe.
^ First Street Fun. Dancers entertain a crowd during one of the lunchtime shows at HIFA 2009. |
