Jah Prayzah’s record label, Military Touch Movement is slowing becoming the go to group for corporates when they host big gigs.

This was first evidenced at the 2017 OK Grand Challenge held at the Brrowdale Race Course, where artists only from the label were selected to entertain the thousands that gather for the annual showdown.

The movement’s clout is seemingly growing as they struck another milestone with three artists from the label namely Jah Prayzah, ExQ and Andy Muridzo set to entertain revelers at the second edition of the Castle Lager National Braai Day.

The only other none Military Touch Movement acts are the DJ’s as well as the Ninja President and the HKD Boss.

This year’s big braai day will take place on October 28 at the Old Hararians Sports Club in Harare under the theme ‘Ultimate Braai-Together Serving Others’.

“Castle Lager as the flagship clear beer brand for Delta Beverages is giving all braai lovers a platform to come together and set their to braai 15,000kgs of meat, compared to last year’s 12,680kgs.

“The campaign this year took off with a referendum where consumers of Castle Lager are being requested to vote to make the last Saturday of October the official Castle Lager National Braai Day. This referendum has created a lot of excitement in the market with over 200,000 votes having come through within a week of launching the campaign.

“Consumers of castle lager will be called to serve others in the month of October through various activities lined up for each day like picking up litter, carrying heavy loads for older people amongst many other activities,” read a statement from the event organisers.

Not only is this event being held to drive the brand proposition through experiential marketing, but also as a drive towards corporate social responsibility.

“For every kilogram of meat consumed, Castle Lager will donate an equivalent amount that will be shared equally by Mpilo General Hospital in Bulawayo and Harare Hospital. We are encouraging everyone to participate in this worthy cause remembering that for every glass of Castle Lager raised, the cheer goes way beyond the beer to help our brothers and sisters who are hospitalised especially during the festive season,” further read the statement.
