#MOKOOMBA Multi award winning group, Mokoomba will on Friday January 17, 2014 be unveiling their new acoustic set at the Alliance Francaise.
This move will see the elimination of the drums and the keyboards from the group’s performance and will be replaced by other traditional instruments. Despite these changes, all six band members will be incorporated in the set.
Zimbo Jam caught up with the groups manager Marcus Gora and this is what he said, “the new set is in preparation for our United Kingdom tour in April. The new look will also enable us to get different kinds of concerts as well as penetrate into to various markets and venues.
Gora also hinted that there might be some brand new productions to watch out for from the group this year.
“We are working on some recording projects and we will make an announcement as soon as all is finalized,” revealed Gora.
