Dereck Mpofu’s ‘One Night One Man One Voice’ concert was an epic and memorable live video recording show for those who made it on Saturday night at Theatre in the Park.
Backed by award winning choir Note2etoN, he pulled a flowing three hour performance only taking a ten minute interlude to change into a different outfit.
His mentor, Albert Nyathi joined him and they did a rendition of his hit track, Senzeni na.
Legendary guitarist, Mono Mukundu, also featured on the track ‘Chisikana Changu Zimbabwe’.
Liz Dziva from MultiChoice Zimbabwe confirmed that the video launch will be screened soon on Zambezi Magic Channel 160.
Meanwhile, Derek flew off to Geneva with Albert Nyathi where they will be in different shows alongside Oliver Mtukudzi.
