South African music producer and DJ, Heavy K is expected in the capital this Friday as he stages his debut performance at Pablo’z Club & VIP.
“We are very excited to finally host Heavy K at Pabloz as we have sought after him for a while now,” said the club’s manager, Oceane Skinner.
“He has a strong fan base as we have seen with the ticket sales, which are moving very fast. The advance tickets are selling like hot cakes and we advise those revelers who haven’t purchased one yet to come through and do so soon before it’s too late.”
Ordinary advance tickets are going for $10, advance VIP tickets are going for $30.
“On the day the prices will go up as we have to maintain our capacity levels to ensure our speedy service and quality control,” he added.
Local DJ’s, Juice and AM will also be handling business on the decks alongside Heavy K.
On whether there will be more shows featuring acts of Heavy K’s calibre at the club this summer, the club’s management said, “There will be two major international artists coming this summer. Announcements to be made in due course.”
Besides hosting international acts, the club will also be hosting the all popular karaoke nights.
“The karaoke nights are going to be a weekly thing as a sort of warm up to the big Friday night party. It’s a great way to wind down the week and meet up with friends for a fun early evening before the serious business of the Friday night party gets underway.”
