There is digging all over Harare these days. Sometimes, it’s another burst pipe being repaired at the city’s water works struggle to balance age and increasing demand. Other times it’s optic fibrebeing laid for the Internet.
Then there are times when, as happened recently in the CBD, the road just gives in and needs to be repaired.
