It's Summer! Models pose at the Be Summer Fashion Week Grand Finale Night show held at Pandhari Lodge in Glen Lorne, Harare, 11 Dec 2009.
Dressed by the best. The Fashion week brought together one of the biggest line ups of Zimbabwean designers ever including some of the foremost names in Zimbabwean fashion..
These included Alice Knut (Label = Countess K), Trish Joseph (Trish Carmen), Angel (Angel), Bertha Ndlovu (Khangela Cheukwa), Ska (Glamour Statement), Irene Kapungu (Stitches), Sandra Mahachi (Renevatio [Rebirth]), Sabina Mutyati, Tammy Steyn (Tazz), Melusi Nhenga (Slam Dunk Avenue) and Cape Town based Tamburai Chirume.
The Fashion Week was organised by the Zimbabwe Fashion Design Trust.
Big name models like Vimbai Mutinhiri and Greatmore Chatya who were expected to come for the fashion week did not make it. Find out more about the Be Summer Fashion Week.
