Mbira dzeMuninga last night launched five new albums at The Mannenberg Jazz Club. These include one which was a collaborative effort with an American group and another which is a solo effort by Munemo.

The five albums are:

  1. Muninga
  2. Ndiri Mumhanzi
  3. Sungano (in collaboration with Rubatano, from Califonia, USA)
  4. Rovambira (solo album by group member Micah Munemo)
  5. U.S. Tour 2009 (DVD)

^ Responding to the mbira is said to be not just a physical experience, but sometimes a spiritual one too- but then again so is every true response to music. Here two fans respond to Mbira dzeMuninga.
