Eric Moyo, the Zimbabwean winner of the first Mnet Idols East and Southern Africa competition, is pictured here in Zanzibar with contestants for Face of Africa.

Eric recorded his debut album with Sony BMG last month. He is expected to be at the CBZ A Academy Season 3 Finals in Harare on Friday night.

The talented singer became a household name in Zimbabwe in 2007 as one of the finalists in the second season of A Academy and then in Africa as the star of Idols East & Southern Africa.

Thats all it is-posing with models, the problem Africans have and I am one by the way is that when our fellow bretheren and sisteren use their gifts some as singers others as models we want to look for vices, Eric knows where he is goin from and where he is goin, all you can do is encourage him in the Lord rather than sayin what you did. If he messes up, thats between God and him....And you know that Pop Idols is not a gospel competition therefore its artists do not record or produce gospel albums, just like Rueben Studdard who won American Idols he went on to do a secular album. If you are a believer, help all those struggling gospel musicians by launching a label that will sign them and record nothing but jams that life up the name of the Lord. As for now the heathens rule sad as it is but thats the case and artists like Eric will Reply 4   0
