Zimbabwean writer, Blessing Musariri, has been invited to attend the prestigious Caine Prize Writer's Workshop in Accra, Ghana, 20th April to 1st May 2009.

Her latest children's book, The Mystery of Rukhodzi Mountain, published last year by Hodder Murray is available on Amazon.com.

A lawyer by training, Blessing qualified as a barrister in 1997 as a member of the Middle Temple UK.  She also holds a Masters in Diplomatic Studies (University of Westminster). She put these qualifications aside several years ago when she decided to become a full time writer.

Blessing, who currently lives in Harare, said she was thrilled at the prospect of going to meet and network with other writers from the continent.
