When we attended her debut solo show at Alliance Francaise on Saturday we expected to be blown away because we had seen some snippets of her performances online and we knew she had something magical to offer.
However, Tahle had other plans on the night. She went all out, opening up her pipes and sending us and the rest of the audience into the third heavens.
Halleluyah is all we could say after she ended each of her tracks.
If South Africa’s Lady Zamar and Amanda Black were in the building that night, they would have definitely reconsidered a career in music because Tahle was on fire just as Alicia Keys sang.
To make matters worse, it was not just about the vocal, the band was also amazing.
Comprising of little known faces in the game, the vibe the young lads on the guitar, drums, keyboards and bass guitar have is just phenomenal – if they stick together they can cause a stir on the showbiz scene, not just locally but internationally.
From one genre to another, they executed with ease, showing their depth in interpreting music.
