Toya Delazy’s ‘Rocking the City’ tour of African capitals show which was scheduled for the Borrowdale Racecourse on October 21, 2016 has been moved to the Harare International Conference Centre on the same date.

Issuing a statement to the media on behalf of Minky Walters of Sound Event Management, Liz Dziva of DStv Zimbabwe had this to say, “The Mashonaland Turf Club has informed us that they no longer allow open air musical concerts to be held at the Borrowdale Racecourse after receiving complaints from surrounding residents.”

Sound Event Management has also cancelled the Summer Night concert which had been planned for Saturday October 22 at the Borrowdale racecourse and moved it to November 12,  at a venue which is to be announced later.

However, they informed the public that the advance tickets are still valid and full refunds will be available at their offices from October 25.

The line-up for the Toya Delazy show has not changed, fans are going to enjoy the famous Mukoko from Ammara Brown and Tytan and beatboxing from ProBeatz and other entertainers.

Toya with her international band and dancers will hit the stage at 10 pm.

Sound Event Management promised the patrons that the change of venue will not affect what they are going to deliver on the day.
