“We are bringing in Zodwa for the carnival but she will only perform if she is wearing her underwear,” said Zimbabwe Tourism Authority boss, Karikoga Kaseke.
Kaseke made the remarks at a press conference as he briefed journalists on the progress made in preparing for this year’s Harare International Carnival.
He insisted that it was not proper for the South African socialite to be dancing in the streets without the inner garment.
“It’s not proper at all for her to be dancing across the tge streets of Harare without her underwear.
“However, those who would want to see her dancing without her underwear can go see her at the Private Lounge as she will be dancing there on Friday September 8 before the carnival street party slated for Saturday September 9,” he added.
Kaseke highlighted that all was taking shape ahead of the carnival.
“I must say that we are working very well with all the stakeholders and things are taking shape.
“We are targeting to have 3 million people attending the carnival and we are happy that all countries in the region have confirmed their participation as well as new comers , Cuba,” he highlighted.
The 2017 Harare International will start on August 25 and ends on September 10.
