Having grasped the importance of worship, gospel musician, Kudzi Phiri, came up with a concept dubbed, ‘Worship Experiences’.

Through this platform she hosts worship concerts and will be doing so this Friday, October 25 a at 55 Kwame Nkrumah, in Harare for free.

“About seven years ago I strongly felt that a sizeable number of people barely get an opportunity to earnestly worship God in spirit and in truth. This then began the journey of the Worship Experiences,” shared Phiri.

With the Friday show she said she intends to knock on heaven’s door till people experience an overflow of God in his fullness.

“We need his God nature to overflow in us and in Zimbabwe. We need his joy, his peace, his provision, his love, his protection to envelope us as a nation. Thus, we seek him and we are expectant.”

Other acts set to perform at the show include the like s of Pastor G, Fig Worship Culture, Chido Mutambira and Nyasha Choga.

Asked why there are less shows of this calibre in Zimbabwe she said, “I wouldn’t say there are less of these shows just that they are structured differently. Each person’s ministry differs, what matters most is that in our individuality we express God and reveal
